Want to make a poll on YouTube? YouTube polls are a great way to survey your audience and learn more about them.  You can also use YouTube polls to learn directly from your audience about the type of videos they want to see from you.

You can create a YouTube poll using youtube.com or using the YouTube mobile app.
You have to have the community tab unlocked on YouTube, which requires 500 subscribers at the time of this recording.

You can simply create a poll by choosing the poll option inside your community tab.  
Ask a question and give your audience options for their answers.
